All Service Providers Who Meet The Eligibility Conditions Described In This Procurement Notice And Have Submitted The Required Eligibility Certificates Will Be Accepted Into The Supplier Register. Once The Supplier Register Has Been Established, Transport Services Are Tendered Within It In Such A Way That Requests For Tenders Are Sent To All Companies Included In The Supplier Register. Acceptance To The Supplier Register Does Not Oblige The Company To Participate In Internal Tenders Of The Supplier Register. Throughout Its Validity, The Supplier Register Is Open To All Service Providers Who Meet The Eligibility Criteria. The Flexibility Of The Supplier Register Is Achieved By Conducting Tenders Within The System During The Duration Of The System. In This Case, New Service Providers Have The Opportunity To Join In Producing Transport Services And The Customer Can Make Changes To The Conditions Concerning Transport Services. Tenders Within The Supplier Register Can Be Held From The Establishment Of The Supplier Register Until The End Of Its Duration. The Supplier Register Is Valid Until December 31, 2028, During Which Period The Tenders Within The Supplier Register Will Be Held. Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of Tenders Within The Supplier Register Can Be Valid For A Maximum Of Two (2) Years After The Supplier Register Ends. The Purpose Of Choosing The Procurement Procedure Is To Secure The Implementation Of Services For A Vulnerable Customer Group In Accordance With The Relevant Legislation. These Are Services Relevant To The Realization Of The Basic Rights Of The Customer Group. The Purpose Of The Supplier Register Is To Secure The Continuity, Availability And Coverage Of Services And To Take Into Account The Special Needs Of Service Users. The Purpose Is Also To Promote Effective Competition In Such A Way That The Availability Of Professional Service And Equipment According To The Special Needs Of The Customer Group Is Secured In The Short And Long Term, In Densely Populated And Sparsely Populated Areas. According To The Law (616/2021) On The Implementation Of The Reform Of Social And Health Care And Rescue Measures And The Enactment Of Related Legislation, The Responsibility For Organizing Social And Health Care Will Be Transferred From Municipalities And Municipal Associations (With The Exception Of The City Of Helsinki) To Welfare Areas On January 1, 2023. Kymenlaaksos Welfare Area Will Be Responsible For Organizing Instead Of Kymsote. As The Administrator Of The Dynamic Supplier Register And The Subscriber Of Contracts Based On It.
