Canadian Forces Recruiting Group Mystery Shopper Services . Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (Cfrg) Is Responsible For Attracting And Enrolling Personnel Into The Canadian Armed Forces (Caf). There Is A Strong Willingness To Address Specific Customer Service Issues In Order To Reach The Highest Industry Standards In Terms Of Customer Experience. Cfrg Is Seeking A Means By Which To Determine The Quality Of Customer Service Interactions At Canadian Forces Recruiting Centers (Cfrcs). To Conduct This Assessment, A Mystery Shopper Service Is Required. This Assessment Will Be Executed Utilizing Various Means Throughout The Recruitment Process; In-Person Visits, Telephone, Social Media Channels, Forces.Ca, And Participation In Online Recruiting Events.
