As The Programs Are Similar In Scope, Target The Same Customer Market, And Generally Require The Same Supplier Expertise, The Ieso And Enbridge Have Collaborated To Issue This Single Rfp (Also Referred To As The &Ldquo;Joint Procurement&Rdquo;), With The Intent Of Selecting The Same Service Provider For Turnkey Program Delivery In Southwestern Ontario(Postal Code 'N').The Joint Procurement Is Expected To Realize A Number Of Benefits, Including:Seamless Customer Experience: Access To Both Programs Is Streamlined Via The Same Regional Service Providers, Providing One-Window Intake And Coordinated Program Delivery Activities (E.G., Combined In-Home Audits).Cost-Savings: Increased Efficiencies Through Coordinated Program Delivery Are Expected To Generate Cost Savingsin A Number Of Areas Such As Those Associated Program Administration And Call Centre Operating Costs.Proponents Should Note That In Submitting A Proposal In Response To This Rfp, They Are Proposing Their Program Delivery Services For Both The Ieso And Enbridge (Collectively The &Ldquo;Procuring Entities&Rdquo;).
