The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery Of A Complete System For Multi-Angle Static (Sls) And Dynamic (Dls) Light Scattering Intensity Measurement For The Interministerial Institute Of Radiation Technology Of The Lodz University Of Technology. A Detailed Description Of The Equipment Parameters Is Included In The Technical Specification, Annex No. 2 To The Siwz, 2) Loading, Transport And Placement In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At Its Registered Office, 3) Installation And Commissioning At The Ordering Partys Premises, 4) Carrying Out For 9 People, At The Premises The Ordering Party, Stationary Training In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Equipment No Later Than 1 Day After Installation And Commissioning, 5) Provision Of Services Throughout The Warranty Period, 6) Provision Of Free Technical Support On Working Days From 8.15 A.M. To 4.15 P.M. By Phone Or E-Mail, Detailed The Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of Servicing Are Specified In The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 5 To The Swz,7) Performance Of 2 Warranty Inspections After 12 And 24 Months,8) Provision Of Warranty Services During The Warranty Period Of At Least 24 Months. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Damage. It Must Be Free From Any Defects And Damage And Complete. It Is Not Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.3.The Equipment Must Meet All Standards Imposed On Such Equipment By Applicable Law And Have Appropriate Permits, Approvals Or Certificates In Terms Of Safety And Admission To Marketing In The Eu, If Required By Relevant Legal Provisions, And Have Appropriate Marking. 4. The Equipment Should Be Equipped With All Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Installation And Commissioning Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Elements, And Should Operate Efficiently And Achieve The Declared Parameters. 5.The Equipment Should Be Packed In The Manufacturers Original Packaging.
