The Scope Of Renovation Works Will Include: Demolition Works; Installation Of Partition Walls;  Construction Joinery Works;  Installation Of Suspended Ceilings; Lining Of Walls;  Laying And Lining Floors;  Plastering;  Painting Works;  Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation Works;  Sanitary Equipment Installation Works;  Installation Of Ventilation Devices And Air Conditioning; Electrical Installation Works; Installation Of Central Heating Devices; Demolition Works; Masonry Works; Construction Joinery Works; Installation Of Suspended Ceilings;  Laying Walls;  Laying And Lining Floors;  Plastering;  Painting Works;  Installing Partition Walls;  Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation Works;  Installation Works In The Field Of Sanitary Equipment;  Installation Of Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Devices;  Electrical Installation Works Cpv; Installation Of Central Heating Devices; Electrical Installation Works;  Installing Computer Cabling; Note: A) Renovation Works Will Take Place In The Active Complex. B) The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Closed Area Within The Meaning Of Art. 4, Section 2A Of The Geodetic And Cartographic Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1990, As Amended). C) Renovation Works May Be Carried Out On Working Days From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. Or On Dates Agreed With The User, I.E. The Commander Of The Military Unit And Representatives Of The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Documentation Including: A) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb). B) Investors Bill Of Quantities. C) Design Documentation. Detailed Scope Works Was Included In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, In The Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To The Swz And In The Design Documentation - Annex No. 12 To The Swz. The Contractor Of The Works Is Responsible For The Quality Of Their Execution And For Their Compliance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, Construction Law, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Construction Standards And Regulations. The Expenditure Of Labor, Materials And Equipment In Analogous Items Of The Offer Cost Estimate Should Be Assumed As Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Investors Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Good Performance Guarantee - (Good Workmanship Guarantee - Constituting An Annex To The Contract), For A Period In Accordance With The Choice Indicated In The Second Criterion (Swz Chapter Xx).
