Development And Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Construction Documentation And Performance Of Construction Works On Its Basis Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725). As Amended) Within The Scope Of The Project Called Consolidation Of Land Located In The Area Of ​​Chłopice Village, Chłopice Commune Implemented Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020.2. The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Include: 1) Construction And Reconstruction Of Agricultural Transport Roads In The Post-Consolidation Development Process; 2) Adaptation Of Newly Designated Plots To Undertake Rational Agrotechnical Works On Them, Including The Removal Of Unnecessary Balks, Recultivation, Anti-Erosion Protection, Removal Of Trees And Bushes; 3 ) Construction And Reconstruction Of Culverts On Agricultural Transport Roads And Access Roads To The Farm Buildings Of The Participants Of The Consolidation Procedure, Together With The Necessary Preparatory Works, Including The Installation Of Culverts And Bridges; 4) Correction Of Water Drainage Facilities (Route, Location And Improvement Of Their Technical Parameters) That Are Necessary To Facilitate The Development Of Cultivated Areas.3. No.: Śr.604.16.2021;8) Scope Of Obligations Of The Contractor Of The Order Zp.272.16.2024.4. As Part Of The Execution/Execution Of The Order, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract Concluded For The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will, With Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense: 1) Prepare Comprehensive Technical Documentation, Including In Particular The Implementation Of A Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design), Detailed Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Investors Cost Estimate, Along With The Necessary Decisions, Opinions, Notifications, Arrangements And Permits Enabling The Commencement Of Construction Works; 2) Will Ensure The Participation Of The Technical (Engineering) Staff Responsible For Proper Design Of Works In Accordance With The Law, I.E. Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Appropriate Construction Qualifications To Design In The Road Engineering Specialty Without Restrictions, And A Designer Checking The Road Industry, And, If Necessary, The Participation Of Industry Designers, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law;3 ) Obtains All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements And Conditions And Prepares And Obtains Maps Necessary To Obtain Decisions And Permits Required For The Investment; 4) Reports To The Competent Administrative Authority The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Subject To Notification Or, If Required By Law, Obtains From Decision On The Construction Permit From The Competent Administrative Authority; 5) Will Ensure Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment; 6) Will Perform Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Investment And Ensure That Construction Documentation Is Kept; 7) Will Provide A Construction Manager With Appropriate Qualifications To Manage The Construction And, If Required, Work Managers Industry, Having The Necessary Construction Licenses, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law;8) Will Provide Surveying Services For The Construction Works Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of May 17, 1989 - Geodetic And Cartographic Law;9) Will Perform Geodetic And As-Built Inventories And, If Necessary, Will Submit, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, A Notice Of Completion Of The Works And, If Required, A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit.5. People With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Appropriate Construction Licenses To Design In The Road Engineering Specialty Without Any Restrictions And A Checking Designer For The Road Industry And, If Necessary, The Participation Of Industry Designers, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law; 3) Obtain All Opinions, Arrangements And Conditions Required By Law And Prepare Studies And Obtain Maps Necessary To Obtain A Decision And Permits Required For The Investment;4) Will Report To The Competent Administrative Authority The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Subject To Notification Or, If Required By Law, Obtain A Building Permit Decision From The Competent Administrative Authority;5) Ensure Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment;6) Will Provide A Construction Manager With Appropriate Qualifications To Manage The Construction Site And The Necessary Construction Licenses, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, And Who Belongs To The Appropriate Chamber Of Professional Self-Government And Has The Required Civil Liability Insurance;7) If Necessary Or Required Provisions Of The Law Will Provide Managers Of Industrial Works Who Have The Necessary Construction Qualifications In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law And Who Belong To The Relevant Chambers Of Professional Self-Government And Have The Required Civil Liability Insurance;8) Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Contract For The Execution Of The Order, It Will Submit Appropriate Applications To The Competent Authority For Obtaining Permission To Cut Down Trees;9) It Will Provide The Owners Of The Plots With Wood From The Cutting Down Of Trees And Bushes;10) It Will Manage Waste Generated In The Course Of Its Own Works And Bear The Costs Of Its Removal Together With The Costs Storage And Disposal;11) Will Perform Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract And Will Ensure The Maintenance Of Construction Documentation;12) Will Provide Geodetic Services For Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of May 17, 1989 - Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Consolidated Text Journal Laws Of 2023, Item 1752 As Amended Amended);13) If Necessary Resulting From Legal Provisions, Will Report The Acceptance Of Completed Works To The Relevant Inspections, Services And Guards And Will Pay Fees For The Acceptance Of Completed Works By Relevant Inspections, Services And Guards;14) Will Carry Out Surveying And As-Built Inventories And, If Necessary, Submit, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Employer, A Notice Of Completion Of The Works, And, If Required, A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Provisions Of The Swz, The Provisions Of Its Own Offer And The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.7. Note: If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Uses Proper Names Of Products Or Products, Manufacturers, Brands Or Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process, It Serves Only To Determine The Parameters Of The Ordered Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Or Products Or Products, Quality Standards , Technical And Functional, And Specifying The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Not Selecting Or Preferring A Specific Product Or Product, Manufacturer Or Supplier.
