The Scope Of Works Includes: - Performance Of Measurement Works, - Preparation Of A Design For Temporary Traffic Organization And Protection Of Works For The Renovation Period, - Removal Of A Layer Of Soil Thickness 10 Cm On The Roadsides - 2 X 1.50 M, - Supplementing The Roadsides With Natural Aggregate With An Admixture Of 50% Crushed Aggregate, 10 Cm Thick After Compaction And 2 X 1.50 M Wide, - Replacement Of Two Culverts Under The Road With A Diameter Of 80 Cm - 24 M, - Replacement Of One Culvert Under The Road With A Diameter Of 40 Cm - 12 M, - Construction Of A New Road Surface Made Of Asphalt Concrete Ac11s 50/70 Or Ac16s Td 50/70, 4.00 M Wide And 6 Cm Thick, Along With 67 Pcs. Exits For Plots, And 2 Pieces Of Intersections - Binding Layer, - Construction Of A New Road Surface Of Asphalt Concrete Ac11s 50/70 Or Ac16s Td 50/70, 4.00 M Wide And 4 Cm Thick, Along With 67 Pieces Of Exits To Plots, And 2 Pieces Intersections - Wearing Course, - Filling Of Roadsides With Natural Aggregate With An Admixture Of 50% Crushed Aggregate, 10 Cm Thick After Compaction And 2 X 1.25 M Wide, - Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory, - Vertical Road Marking - A7 Sign On A Post - 1 Set, - Setting Up An Information Board On Investment Co-Financing - 1 Set.3.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And Quality Requirements Are Specified In: An Indicative Plan Of The Road Route, Bill Of Quantities And Description, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract. 3.4. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Provide Access To The Road Indicated In Annexes No. 13. The Deadline For Completing The Works Will Be Counted From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over No Earlier Than After Obtaining The Road Lane Indicated In Annexes No. 13.3.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Indicative Road Route Plan, Bill Of Quantities, Description And Provisions Of The Contract; B) Provide A Set Of Equipment, Markings, Instructions, Collective Protection Measures In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection; C) Prepare As-Built Documentation - 2 Copies (Including The Electronic Version On Cd - 1 Pc); D) Marking Of Facilities And Installations, Information Boards; E) Others Resulting From The Conditions, Permits, Decisions Issued In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment; F) Performing Free Warranty Inspections Of Built-In Devices And Completed Construction Works During The Warranty And Guarantee Period.3.6. Construction Works Are Carried Out Using Construction Materials Provided By The Contractor. The Materials Used By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New And Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law And The Qualitative And Specific Requirements Specified In The Description.3.7. Pursuant To Art. 101(4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers Using Other Materials With Parameters No Worse Than Those Proposed In The Swz And Of Quality Confirmed By A Certificate. If The Swz Contains The Proper Names Of Products, Manufacturers Or Trademarks - They Are Only Exemplary, And The Ordering Party Allows At Each Stage To Submit Offers With Solutions And Products Identical Or Equivalent To Those Given In The Swz.
