4.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Attic Of The Local Government Center For Culture, Tourism And Recreation In Popielów And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Municipal Public Library In Popielów, Which Includes: 1) Preparation Of Documentation And Construction And Installation Works In The Design And Build System For The Left Part Of The Building, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Fup, Including: A) Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Necessary Industries Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Opinions And Permits Enabling The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Including Obtaining A Permit For Construction Or Notification Of Construction/Works (If Required By Law), In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Fup, B) Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Based On The Prepared Documentation, Including: - Demolition Of Part Of The Existing Walls, - Construction Of Walls For New Rooms, Construction Of Internal Doors, Construction Of New Electrical, Water And Sewage, Central Heating Installations, White Installation, Replacement Of Floors And Finishing With Panels Or Tiles, Finishing Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces, Installation Of New Room Lighting, Execution Connections From Pre-Insulated Pipes For Central Heating From The Heat Pump Engine Room To The Library Building, - Execution Of A Water Connection For The Water Installation From The Heat Pump Engine Room To The Library Building, - Protection Of The Roof Truss Structure To The Nro From The Inside, - Development Of Fire Safety Instructions; C) Preparation And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation Allowing The Ordering Party To Complete Construction/Works; 2) Performance Of Construction And Installation Works For The Left And Right Parts Of The Building, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb, Including: A) Performance Of Construction Works And Installation Works, Including: Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure (For The Smoke Exhaust Flap), Construction Of Roof Covering With The Necessary Insulation, Construction Of Openings/Widenings For Doors And Passages In The Existing Building, Construction Of Internal Doors, Construction Of Partition Walls , Construction Of Internal Window Sills, Construction Of New Floors From Panels Or Tiles, Finishing Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces, Construction Of New Electrical, Water And Sewage, Central Heating Installations, Construction Of New Room Lighting, White Installation, Construction Of Fire Protection Installations , Adaptation Of The Facility To The Requirements Of The Provisions Of The Fire Protection Expert Opinion, Delivery And Installation Of Powder Fire Extinguishers In A Size And Location Consistent With Fire Protection Conditions, Protection Of Wooden Stairs To The Rno;B) Preparation And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation Allowing The Ordering Party To Complete The Construction And Putting The Facility Into Operation, As Well As Active Support For The Ordering Party In Order To Complete The Construction And Obtain An Occupancy Permit From The Ordering Party (If Necessary);4.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Technical Documentation. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Pfu - Functional And Utility Program, 2) Design Documentation, 3) Stwiorb, 4) Bill Of Quantities For The Planned Costs (Scope For Both Right And Left Parts Of The Building); When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Analyze The Subject Of The Order And Swz, Taking Into Account The Technical Documentation And Documents Attached To The Swz. Note:* The Ordering Party Informs That The Procedure In Question Does Not Include The Development Of An Interior Design Project And Equipping The Rooms With Furniture Referred To In The Fup. The Scope Of The Order Includes White Electrical Installation (Including Sockets, Switches, Lighting Points) And White Installation In Bathrooms (Including Complete Shower Cabins, Wall-Mounted Shower Taps + Handsets, Complete Toilets Mounted On Concealed Sets, Washbasins With Cabinets And Faucets, Mirrors, Lighting, Bathroom Handles For Disabled People - In Accordance With The Description From The Pfu).* The Ordering Party Informs That The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Were Developed For A Larger Scope Of Work. Some Of The Work Was Carried Out Earlier During The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction And Modernization Of Cultural Infrastructure In The Popielów Commune. The Order In Question Covers The Scope Referred To In The Fup And In Accordance With The Attached Views From The Documentation, Regarding The Implementation Of Works In The Attic In The Right Part And A Set Of Works In The Left Part.* The Contractor Will Perform The Order In A Partially Operational Facility (Left Side). The Building In This Part Will Not Be Closed For The Duration Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor And Will Remain Operational As Far As Possible, With Some Rooms And Equipment Being Moved To Other Rooms In The Building. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform All Works In A Way That Does Not Hinder/Enable The Work Of The Unit.* The Ordering Party Informs That It Has An Inventory Of The Entire Facility In The .Dwg Format, Which Can Be Made Available To The Contractor After Signing The Contract.* The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To First Perform The Scope Of Work Planned In The Right Part Of The Building. 4.9. On-Site Visit1) The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After An On-Site Visit At The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Some Of The Works Covered By The Design And Build System And Some Of The Works Covered By The Design Documentation, As Well As Due To The Construction Works Already Completed Covered By The Same Building Permit Decision. Carrying Out An On-Site Visit Will Enable You To Obtain All Data And Information That May Be Useful Or Necessary For The Preparation Of The Offer And The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Proceedings In Question.2) In Order To Arrange An On-Site Visit, Please Contact The Persons Designated To Contact The Contractors In Chapter 11 Of The Swz.3) Confirmation Carrying Out An On-Site Visit Will Be A Declaration Signed By Persons Designated To Represent The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit Without The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative. In The Case Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract, At Least One Of The Contractors Must Participate In The On-Site Visit. The Template Of The Declaration On Conducting An On-Site Visit Referred To Above Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Declaration Will Be Prepared In Two Copies, One For The Ordering Party And The Contractor.4) The Contractors Costs Related To Participation In The On-Site Visit Will Be Borne By The Contractor.5) The On-Site Visit May Take Place On Working Days, From Monday To Friday, From: Mon. 8:00 – 17:00, Tue.-Thurs. 7:30-15:30, Fri. 7:00-14:00, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party, Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.6) Pursuant To Art. 226.
