For The Various Manufacturers Used Within Uz Leuven (See List Of Endoscopes In The Appendix). • Expected Capacity Should Be Sufficient To Clean And Disinfect Approximately 30 Scopes Per Hour (In A Real Practice Environment - No Theoretical Calculation). If The Possible Capacity Is Higher Than Approximately 30 Scopes Per Hour, Then This Is An Added Value. • Drying And Storage Cabinets For Flexible Endoscopes With Lumen: Drying And Storage Capacity (Approximately 175 Fixed Places Per Endoscope + Approximately 25 Flexible Places). If The Possible Capacity Is Higher, Then This Is An Added Value. • A (Price) List Must Also Be Provided With All Available/Necessary Baskets, Bins, Carts, Accessories Or Spare Parts, Etc. That Will Probably Be Necessary During The Lifespan Of The Equipment. • The Washing Machines And Dryers Must Work With A Pass-Through System. • A “No Touch” Principle Is Required, Whereby The Connection And Disconnection Of The Endoscopes Is Kept To A Minimum. • Please Draw A Proposal (With The Necessary Number Of Devices) On The Plan In The Appendix. • The Device May Not Use Aldehydes (Preferably Paa). • Software That Ensures Tracking Of Endoscopes And Machine Management With The Option To Log Performed Ims Measurements And Display The Results. The Software Must Offer The Possibility To Adjust Back Office Data Such As Endoscope Database And To Consult Registered Data. The Registered Cycle Data Must Be Able To Be Linked Via An Interface To The Clients Existing Internal Tracing System (See Also The Appendix With Ict Guidelines). • Device And Supporting Software Must Be Validated According To Legal Requirements. • The Canisters With Chemicals Must Be Provided In The Device Itself (Not Centrally). • Preferably Free Choice Of Supplier For Chemicals. • The Supplier Ensures That The Scoop Washers Clean And Disinfect Efficiently With The Water Quality Offered (E.G.: Additional Filtering Must Be Taken Into Account In Advance?) • A Drip Tray Must Be Provided Under The Appliance, Which Is Connected To The Drain. • A Demo Device Or Reference Visit Can Be Requested. • The Provider Also Describes How And What Quality Support Will Be Provided In The Event Of Problems (E.G. Persistent Contamination In The Device).
