Region Hovedstaden V/Bispebjerg Project (Region Hovedstaden, Bispe-Bjerg Project) (The Client) Intends To Award A Construction Contract Regarding (New Hospital Bispebjerg), Which Will Be Part Of New Hospital And New Psychiatry Bispebjerg Located On Bispebjerg Bakke, Copenhagen Nw, Denmark. The Tendered Contract Includes A Range Of Tasks Related To Earthworks, Supply, Basement, Raw House, Facades, Construction Site And Management Of These. The Tasks Are Described In More Detail In The Document Scope Of Works, To Which Reference Is Therefore Made. The Work Must Be Carried Out Within An Area On Bispebjerg Hospitals Campus While The Hospital Is In Full Operation. The Background For This Tender Is That The Capital Region Has Previously Entered Into Negotiations With A General Contractor Regarding The Construction Of The Overall Project Around New Hospital Bispebjerg. The Capital Region, However, Chose To Cancel The Turnkey Contract At A Time When The Projects Phase 1 With Earthwork And Raw House Works Etc. Was Ongoing, And The Initial Works Related To I.A.
