Registration of Interest (ROI) for Reoi for Planning and Resource Consents - Planning and Specialist Panels Open Date: Tuesday, 4 June 2024 2:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+12:00) Close Date: Tuesday, 18 June 2024 2:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+12:00) Tender Type: Registration of Interest (ROI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Auckland Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for Planning and Resource Consents - Planning and Specialist Panels Auckland Council Planning and Resource Consents Department (the Department) is seeking to update our existing supplier panels to provide overflow planning and specialist services for processing resource consent applications: Planning Panel planning services to process resource consent applications (overflow services outsourced by the Resource Consent department) Specialist Panel (with multiple sub-categories) specialist services and reports to advise on resource consent applications processed by the Department The panel selection process is carried out in two stages (Stage 1 REOI followed by Stage 2 RFP). The shortlisted suppliers from stage 1 will then be invited through SAP Ariba to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) (stage 2) response which will be evaluated to identify the most suitable suppliers for the Panels. Note: If you are an existing Auckland Council Resource Consents Planning or Specialist panel supplier, you will be invited when we release the 2nd stage RFP through SAP Ariba (anticipated in early July 2024) on the basis that you would have been pre-qualified in the past through a selection process which is equivalent to REOI (stage 1). Current Resource Consents panel suppliers will go straight to the 2nd stage without a need to participate in the first stage REOI, which is intended for any new suppliers from the open market. The updated panels will be valid for an initial period of 3 years and a potential further right of renewal period of 3 years at councils discretion, and subject to performance.
