The Board Of Education Of School District No.41 (Burnaby) (“Sd41”) Invites Submissions From Electrical Contractors For Rft No. 240603 For Lighting Upgrade Work At The Following Locations:1)Capitol Hill Elementary Located At 350 Holdom Ave, Burnaby;2)Cascade Heights Elementary Located At 4343 Smith Ave, Burnaby; And3)Morley Elementary Located At 7355 Morley St, Burnaby.These Projects Are Being Undertaken As Energy Reduction Initiatives, And Therefore The Achievement Of The Planned Energy Savings Is A Key Element Of The Projects. The Projects Are For The Interior And Exterior Lighting And Lighting Controls Upgrade, Including Removal Of Existing Lighting Fixtures, Installation Of New Lighting Fixtures Purchased By Sd41, Retrofitting Existing Lighting Fixtures, And Installation Of New Lighting Controls And Associated Electrical Wiring.Subject To Ministry Funding And Approval, It Is Sd41’S Intent To Select A Single Or Multiple Qualifiedcontractors For The Work Described In This Rft.
