The Purchasers Involved In The Procurement Are The Cities Of Kangasala, Nokia, Orivesi And Ylöjärvi And The Municipalities Of Lempäälä, Pirkkala And Vesilahti (Hereafter Kehyskunnat). Subsidiaries Of The Aforementioned Cities And Municipalities Can Also Be Subscribers. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Movable Buildings To Be Delivered To Kehyskunti, For Example For Kindergarten And School Use. Relocatable Buildings Are Generally Acquired By Short-Term Or Long-Term Renting, As A Purchase-Lease Solution Or As A Purchase Solution. During The Duration Of The Dynamic Procurement System, All Interested Candidates Or Their Associations Can Apply To Participate In The System.
