This Contract Is A Single-Contractor Framework Agreement Which Aims To Repair The Pavements Of The Mons Department Which Have Been Degraded By The Pms (Pavement Management System) Program. The Required Services Are The Subject Of Orders Placed By The Contracting Authority In Office. Of Its Needs And According To The Terms Of These Special Specifications. The Minimum Amount Of All Market Orders Is Set At €1,000,000 Excluding Vat For The Total Duration Of The Market. The Maximum Amount Of All Market Orders Is €8,000,000 Excluding Vat For The Total Duration Of The Market. The Duration Of The Contract Is Specified Under Article 76 Of These Special Specifications. As Part Of This Contract, The Work Will Be Carried Out On The Territory Managed By The Mons Roads Department And Its Primary Objective Is The Repair Of Degraded Road Surfaces. The Overall Execution Time Is 24 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract.
