Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Providing Comment on the CCCs HR Policy and Updating the HR Practical Guideline The Consultant(s) shall be responsible to produce the new upgrade HR Practical Guideline and comment on the HR policy of CCC: - Provide a comment on the CCCs HR policy (Personnel Policy) - Give draft outline and key feature, key contents and sub-content of HR Practical Guideline - Conduct several meetings to verify the existing comments and gather other comments from CSOs practitioners - List of comment, suggestion and recommendation to update HR Practical Guideline - Draft HR Practical Guideline - Do a validation workshop with HR Practitioners from CSOs by using the draft HR Practical Guideline - Finalize the HR Practical Guideline - Launch HR Practical Guideline at second HR learning forum in 2024.
