Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant Final Evaluation of the Engaged Citizens Project (Strengthening WomenS Power to Act 2021-2024) Provisional/indicative calendar: June 23, 2024: Deadline for receipt of applications. End of June until beginning of July 2024: Selection of the evaluator; scoping meeting and production of a programming document for evaluation activities. From July to mid-September 2024: Completion of the study, field investigation and videoconference interview with the various stakeholders and beneficiaries. Mid-September 2024: Submission of the provisional evaluation report and meeting to present the results with Acting together for human rights. End of September 2024: Animation of a restitution and exchange workshop around the first results. Mid October 2024: Submission of the final report. End of October 2024: Study restitution meeting.
