The Wur Organization Consists Of 6 Knowledge Units That Often Have A Certified Iso 9001:2015, Iso 14001:2015 Or An Accredited Iso 17025 Quality System (Possibly Supplemented With Iso 17043). A Number Of Entities (Departments) Within Wur Also Work According To The Gxp Guidelines (Glp And Gmp) For The Pharmaceutical And Food Industries. Wur Uses Various Applications To Support These Quality Processes. The Contract For The Document Management System (Dms) Is Expiring And Must Be Extended. In Addition To Document Management, Wur Is Interested In Additional Functionalities Such As Incident Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Registering Competencies And Following Up On Resulting Actions. Wur Therefore Prefers A Dms That Is Part Of A Broader Quality Management System So That Additional Functionalities Can Be Put Into Use In The Long Term.
