The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions/Agreements/Conditions/Opinions For Carrying Out Construction Works, Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Playground, Dismantling Of Small Architecture, Playground Equipment And Hardened Surfaces, Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, Relocation And Assembly Existing Benches, Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Construction Of A Safe Sand Surface And A Surface Made Of Overgrowth Mats, Construction Of Rubber Edging, Replanting Of Bushes And Establishment/Reconstruction Of Lawns.4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Fencing And Securing The Area With A Permanent Fence, B) Dismantling The Existing Fence, 4 Playground Equipment, 2 Waste Bins, A Frame With A Board With Regulations And Hardened Surfaces Made Of Concrete Slabs. The Contractor Will Also Be Responsible For The Disposal Of Dismantled Elements/Objects Indicated By The Site Manager. Due To The Above, The New Playground And Its Surface Must Be Subject To Post-Assembly Inspection Before Being Put Into Use. The Inspection Should Be Carried Out By A Competent Person, Independent Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor, And Having Appropriate Testers And Tools. It Is Important That The Persons Performing These Inspections Are Competent In The Manner Prescribed By The Pn-En 1176-7 Standard. Simply Having A Construction License Is Not Sufficient To Inspect A Playground. The Surface Test, Which Is Carried Out As Part Of The Post-Installation Inspection, In Most Cases Involves The Need To Perform A Depreciation Test In Accordance With The Pn-En 1177 Standard. This Test Is Performed With A Special Measuring Device. It Involves Dropping A Head Model Onto The Tested Surface And Checking Whether The Surface Absorbs The Fall Adequately To The Height Of The Free Fall (Wsu Parameter) From The Device. A Report Should Be Prepared From The Inspection And Submitted To The Ordering Party. Post-Assembly Inspection Of The Playground Is Included In The Scope Of This Investment And At The Contractors Expense
