The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Water Treatment Plant In The Town Of Jastrzębie, On The Plot With Registration Numbers 57/2 And 18/8, Jastrzębie District, Bartniczka Commune, Brodnica Poviat. The Capacity Of The Facilitys Technological Line Will Be 50 M³/H. The Intention Includes The Construction Of A Water Treatment Plant By Building A Complete Treatment Plant With Accompanying Infrastructure. The Investment Includes In Particular The Following Construction Works: - Assembly Of The Casing Of The Existing Deep Well No. 1 Along With The Installation Of A Deep Well Pump; - Construction Of Deep Well No. 2 Along With The Installation Of The Casing And A Deep Well Pump; - Construction Of A Technical Building With The Installation Of A New Water Treatment And Supply Technological Line To The Water Supply Network; - Installation Of Two Treated Water Retention Tanks (With A Capacity Of Approximately 150 M³ Each) - Installation Of A Backwash Sedimentation Tank; - Construction Of An Internal Road Enabling Access To The Water Treatment Plant Building And Other Facilities; - Construction Of Insulating Bands For The Facilities Made Of Concrete Blocks (Building And Retention Tanks) - Installation Of Technological Pipelines: Raw Water, Treated Water, Overflow And Drain Water, Rinsing Water, Overlying Water And Chlorine Neutralization; - Installation Of A Section Of The Sanitary Sewage Connection; - Installation Of Pre-Meter And Emergency Electricity Connections, Cables Supplying Devices In The Facilities And Cables Powering External Lighting Together With Lighting Poles; - Installation Of A Fence With A Gate And Wicket; - Restoration Of Green Grass Areas.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 50.0 Kwp In Jastrzębie, Commune. Bartniczka, Rev. 0005 Jastrzębie, Plot No. 57/2 (Jastrzębie Water Treatment Plant) And With A Power Of 40.0 Kwp In Jastrzębie, Commune. Bartniczka, Rev. 0005 Jastrzębie, Plot No. 5/1, 5/2 (Jastrzębie Community Center) In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, After Obtaining Arrangements And Approvals, Required Permits, And Adapting The Existing Installations To Proper Interaction With The Completed Installation, Taking Into Account The Necessary Accompanying Works. 1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 - Design Documentation. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Stages. The Details And Sequence Of Individual Works Regarding The Construction Of The Water Treatment Plant Were Specified In The Bills Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Perform A Photovoltaic Installation For The Community Center In Jastrzębie In Stage I, And In Stage Ii To Perform A Photovoltaic Installation For The Water Treatment Plant In Jastrzębie. If, For Organizational Or Technical Reasons, It Is Necessary To Perform The Works Specified In Stage Ii, The Contractor Should Perform Them As Part Of Stage I As Part Of The Remuneration Provided For This Stage.
