The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Construction Design Documentation And Then The Performance Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Entitled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant In Gorłówka Together With The Construction Of Water Supply Networks In The Stare Juchy Commune (For Part I And Part Ii) In The Scope Of All Industries Along With The Required Arrangements And Permits, Preparation Of An Application For A Building Permit And Obtaining On Its Basis In On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Building Permit Or Application In The Scope Of: A) Design - I.E., As Part Of The Contract Price, The Contractor Will Prepare For Each Of The Tasks: - Concept, - Construction Design (Pzt, Pa-B, Pt) Along With Obtaining A Building Permit/Application Works,  Other Studies Required To Obtain A Building Permit/Notification, Approval Of Works, If Required By Law, Including: • Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of The Project, • Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, • Water Law Permit For The Construction Of Water Facilities, Water Intake, Discharge Of Rinsing And Drainage Water (If Required), • Change Of The Decision Determining The Intake Resources, • Soil And Water Tests In The Investment Area, • Maps For Design Purposes, • Inventories And Expert Opinions On The Technical Condition Of The Rebuilt Facilities, • Energy Characteristics Of The Facilities , Making All Arrangements, Obtaining Opinions And Decisions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Together With A Building Permit, Necessary For The Design, Construction, Commissioning And Commencement Of Operation Of The Subject Of The Order,  Operating And Commissioning Instructions,  Safety And Health Protection Plan,  Substantive Schedule -Financial Including The Selection Of Materials, The Sequence Of Works,  Photographic Documentation Of The Area Transferred Before The Start Of The Works And The Areas Restored To Their Original State.
