1. The Subject Of The Order Is Reconstruction Of School Toilets In The Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Leżajsk At Ul. Mickiewicza 51”2. The Scope Of Work Includes: Renovation Of 4 School Toilets, Including 2 Common Sanitary Rooms For Boys And 2 For Girls (2 On The Ground Floor, 2 On The First Floor) In The Scope Of: - Dismantling Of Equipment, Door Fittings, Wall And Floor Cladding - Demolition Of Partition Walls - Repair And Completing Walls, Preparing The Ground - Renovation Of Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations - Construction Of New Partition Walls - Construction Of Wall And Floor Coverings With Ceramic Tiles (Approx. 373 M2) - Construction Of Partition Walls For Cabins From Hpl Boards (Approx. 75 M2) - Installation Of Sanitary Fittings - Finishing Construction And Installation Works. The Described Scope Of Works Does Not Introduce Any Accessibility Barriers For Disabled People And Is Designed For All Users. The Entire Work Is Divided Into Two Stages: Stage 1 - Construction Of 2 Toilets (1 Toilet For Boys, 1 Toilet For Girls) Stage 2 - Construction Of The Remaining 2 Toilets Due To The Fact That The School Facility Will Be Used From September 1, 2024, The Ordering Party Requires The Work To Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Possibility Of Conducting Teaching Classes With The Least Possible Disruption. From September 1, 2024, The Ordering Party Requires That The Works Be Performed After Hours On Working Days. 1:00 P.M. And Without Any Hour Limit On Days Free From Classes. 3. The Ordering Party Recommends Carrying Out A Site Inspection Before Submitting The Offer4. The Detailed Scope And Conditions For The Performance Of The Works Are Specified In The Price Form Containing The Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 And The Contract Template - Annex No. 75. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity For The Built-In Materials After The Works Are Completed.6.
