Provision Of Water Rescue Services In An Indoor Swimming Pool As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize Rescue Security Of The Indoor Swimming Pool In Accordance With The Following Requirements Of The Ordering Party: 1) Rescue Service Of The Swimming Pool Area With Water Facilities And Accompanying Areas (Locker Rooms, Changing Rooms, Main Hall, Sanitary Facilities) Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Expectations, 7 Days A Week From 7:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M. At 2 Rescue Stations, 2) Provide The Necessary Equipment Required By Regulations, 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Function Of A Coordinator Rescuer At One Of The Rescue Stations, Carrying Out Constant Supervision Over Other Rescuers Performing Their Duties In The Swimming Pool On A Given Day; In A Situation Where There Is No Coordinating Lifeguard On A Given Shift, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement In The Form Of An Authorized Lifeguard Acting As The Shift Manager;4) The Indoor Swimming Pool Will Be Open Except For Days Specified In A Separate Regulation;5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Continuity Of Rescue Protection In The Above-Mentioned Hours During A Justified Or Unjustified Break In Work At A Given Rescue Station;6) The Expected Number Of Hours Of Providing The Rescue Service During The Term Of The Contract Is A Maximum Of 5,060 Hours; One Rescue Hour Should Be Understood As The Provision Of A Rescue Service By One Rescuer During One Clock Hour. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Actual Number Of Hours May Change And Will Be Adapted To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. In Addition, The Ordering Party Also Reserves That Depending On The Needs, The Opening Hours Of The Indoor Swimming Pool Facility And Its Individual Zones May Change;
