The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of A Set For Determining The Physico-Chemical Properties Of Samples, Which Consists Of Dynamic Light Scattering (Dls) And A Scanning Electron Microscope (Sem) With Accessories For Sample Preparation By Gold Plating (Au Coater) . The Set-Up Will Enable The Characterization Of Samples Of Small Dimensions (Nm - Um), Including The Measurement Of The Zeta Potential In A Small Volume And The Acquisition Of Image Documentation Of Both Conductive And Non-Conductive Samples Using A Ceb6 Type Source And Two Bse And Se Detectors, Which Will Allow Displaying Both Topography And Material Contrast. In Addition To The Delivery Itself, The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also Installation, Operator Training And Warranty Service.
