The New Information System Must Ensure An Increase In The Efficiency Of The Companys Internal Processes And Expand The Possibilities Of Internal Communication And Data Sharing Between The Companys Employees, Data Sharing With The Companys Customers, Data Exports And Data Synchronization With Registers Of Recorded Cases. A Key Part Of The Solution Is Also The Area Of ​​Security, Where The Information System Must Meet The Requirements Of Cyber Security And Personal Data Protection. The Secondary Goal Is The Support And Development Of A Paperless Office With Electronic Processing, Transmission And Sharing Of Information And Maximum Electronicization Of Internal Processes. The Delivery Includes: Development Of Project Documentation (Description Of The Solution, Schedule Of System Implementation And Testing); Realization Of The Work: Replacement Of The Existing Solution; Commissioning Of A New Information System; Integration Of The Information System To External Data Sources. The Subject Of The Work Is Not The Supply Of It Infrastructure (Hw). The Delivery Also Includes User Support And The Resolution Of Incidents And Defects In The Information System. The Supplier Is Obliged To Confirm The Receipt Of The Report Of The Incident Or Defect Within 30 Minutes Of Reporting And To Initiate Their Resolution Within One Working Day At The Latest And Resolve The Incident Within Two Working Days. The Method Of Reporting And Resolving Incidents Must Be Described By The Supplier In Its Offer And Contract. The Delivery Also Includes The Suppliers Commitment To Provide Cooperation In The Event Of Termination Of The Suppliers Service Provision And To Hand Over The Information System To The Companys Administration, Or To A Possible New Provider - The So-Called Exit Strategy. The Exit Strategy Service Includes, In Particular, The Provision Of All Documentation For The Developed Information System, The Provision Of A Permanent License And All Resources (Installers, Source Codes, Libraries, Etc.) To Operate The Information System For The Needs Of The Company, The Provision Of A Complete Copy Of The Data From The Information System Database And The Provision Of Information On Settings , Parameters And Operation Of The Information System Necessary For The Operation Of The Information System In The Companys Environment. The Supplier Must Describe This Service In The Offer And Contract. This Service May Incur A Charge.
