40 St Clair West Consolidation Project - Rfp . - The Relocation Of Mecp Staff, And Selected Furniture From 135 St. Clair Ave W To 40 St. Clair Ave W., As Well As The Decommissioning Of The Current Accommodations At 135 St. Clair To A Broom Swept Condition. The Project Objective Is That 40 St Clair Ave W Will House All Building Occupants From Both Existing Buildings, Utilizing A Denser Sharing Ratio.- The Renovation Of 40 St. Clair Will Include The Selective Demolition And Removal Of Existing Interior Partitions, Doors, Carpet, Electrical, Communications, And The Installation Of New Carpet, Interior Partitions And Doors, Electrical, Communications, Access Controls, Modifications To Mechanical And Fire Life Safety Systems, And The Painting Of All Interior Partitions.Please Refer To The Rfp Document For Further Details.
