Parking Enforcement Services – Services Providing Remote Payment Solutions (Via The Internet And Mobile Phone) For Parking Fees For The City Of Lille And Its Associated Municipalities.. Concerning The Part Of The Services On Quantities Actually Performed For The Part Relating To The Fee Per Transaction: The Operators Are Remunerated For Each Transaction According To A Fee Contractualized Under This Contract. The Remuneration Of The Assigned Operators Depends On The Use Of The Solutions By Users. This Fee Cannot Be Greater Than 0.10 Euros Excluding Tax (Ten Euro Cents Excluding Taxes) Per Transaction. Due To The Specificity Of The Contract, No Distribution Of Services Is Organized Between The Operators Selected. In Fact, They Are Paid In Relation To The Use Of The Solutions By Users. Concerning The Part Of The Services Based On The Unit Prices Of The Unit Price Schedule For The Part Relating To Possible Development(S) And Training(S): When A Need Arises For Software Development Or Training, Purchase Orders Will Be Sent To All Market Holders. Lead Times Will Be Indicated In Each Purchase Order. Note: The Maximum Contract Amounts Correspond To A Maximum Expenditure. It Should Be Noted That The Contract Holder(S) Will Not Be Able To Raise Any Claim If They Are Not Met. The Buyer Is Not Required To Guarantee A Minimum Expenditure From The Outset To The Operators Selected And Can Thus Make Repetitive Purchases Within The Limit Of The Amounts Indicated Above.
