The Purpose Of This Order Is To Maintain And Upgrade The Level Of Information Security /Is/ Of The Information Infrastructure And It Systems At Thrace University (Tru) And Their Constant Improvement. The Execution Of The Order Includes Constant Supervision, Development, Configurations, Settings And Analysis Of The Security Of The Information Systems, As Well As Ensuring That The Necessary Measures For Information Security And Protection Of The Data Stored In Them Are Implemented. The Purpose Of The Service, The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Is To Provide Continuous Monitoring And Identification Of Events Relevant To Information Security, As Well As Administration And Maintenance Of Security Systems And Tools In The State Government, Which Include The Following Elements Of The It Infrastructure In Terms Of Security: Protective Walls; Spam Filtering Systems; Malicious Code Protection Systems; Incident Investigation And Response Systems /Edr/; Load Balancer Devices; Dns Services; Vulnerability Management Systems; Network Intrusion Detection Tools; The Achievement Of The Common Goal Will Be Realized Through: Improving The Efficiency Of The Work Of Security Systems; Improving The Reliability Of Security Systems Through Review, Analysis And Reconfiguration; Provision Of Analysis Services And Preparation Of The Full Set Of Updated Rules For The Information Security Management System (Sis); Effective Management Of Risks Related To The Security Of The Operation Of It Systems; Building And Improving An Incident And Problem Management Process; Improving The Log/Metadata Management Process With Respect To Cybersecurity; Trend Analysis And Improved Planning Of Future Systems Expansion And Development; Improved Visibility Into The Operational Parameters Of Protection Tools.
