Dismantling The Door;2.5. Brick-Up Of Recesses;2.6. Completion Of Plaster With Cement. – Vape;2.7. Execution Of Water Supply Installation;2.8. Execution Of Sewage Installation;2.9. Execution Of Electrical Installation;2.10. Laying Tiles On Walls And Floors;2.11. Installation Of Sanitary Equipment;2.12. Installation Of Hpl Board Walls;2.13. Filling And Painting;2.14. Door Installation;2.15. Disposal Of Waste Generated During The Execution Of Works.3. The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Following Documents:3.1. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For The Construction Project: Reconstruction Of Existing Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms In The Construction School Complex. Soldiers Of The Home Army In Mielec.4. The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz Are Of Auxiliary Nature And Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Statements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Only Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Works And The Basic Scope Of Work And To Help The Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Warranty Is Granted For The Period Specified In The Contractors Offer, Expressed In Calendar Months. The Warranty Period Indicated In The Offer And The Extended Warranty Period For Defects Constitute One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria.6. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding Construction, Demolition And Installation Works, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Items 1510, 1700 And 2140 And Of 2023, Items 240 And 641). The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These People And The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction Under An Employment Contract.
