The Subject Of The Order Is Ongoing Technical Service Consisting Of Service And Maintenance Activities As Well As Inspections Of Devices And Installations Installed In The Building Of The Pge Turów Arena Entertainment And Sports Hall Located At Ul. Lubańska 9A In Zgorzelec.2. The Scope Of Activities Includes In Particular The Operation And Maintenance Of: The Internet Network, Air Conditioning, Power Generator, Hall Lighting With Its Systematic Replenishment, Battery Rooms, Boiler Room, Trafo Station, Hydrophore Station, Kd Access Control System And Alarm System.3. In Order To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Systematic Inspections, At Least Once A Month, Of All Elements Of The Equipment And Installations Referred To In Section 1 Of This Chapter, I.E.: Telecommunications Installations And Technical Installations, Which Include: Water And Sewage Installations, Boiler Room Equipment, Hydrophore Plant, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations, And Electrical And Power Installations, As Well As Devices Listed In The Monthly Report On The Implementation Of Current Technical Maintenance, Periodic Inspections And Maintenance Of Devices And Installations”, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Draft Contract. 4.
