The design phase will be finished at the same date the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation is released to the shortlisted Registration of Interest (ROI) contractors, which will be 17/07/24. The contractor will be procured and have indicative start date of 02/09/24. The general scope that will be delivered includes block B refurbishment, electrical works, heat pump replacement, roofing works, window and door replacement, and drainage works.
