We are looking for information on Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solutions that would suit a smaller government agency and serve as a single source of truth, accuracy and completeness for HR and employee data, reporting and management. An HRIS that is intuitive, reduces HR administration and ideally includes payroll. ERO will use the information obtained in the RFI to further refine our requirements and feed into a future RFP process.
