There Is One (1) Existing Ram Hydraulic Passenger Elevator In Operation Which Is Original To The Building.Project Site #2: Vbhs Manor (650 Bucketwheel, Vancouver, Bc) Is Owned And Operated By The Vancouver Broadway Housing Society. It Is A Three-Storey Wood-Framed Building Plus Reinforced Concrete Parkade Structure, Originally Constructed In 1976. The Building Provides 46 Residential Units For Senior Citizens. There Is One (1) Existing Montgomery Hydraulic Passenger Elevator In Operation Which Is Original To The Building.Project Site #3: Sorella (525 Abbott Street, Vancouver, Bc) Is Owned By Bc Housing/City Of Vancouver And Operated By The Atira Womens Resource Society. It Is An 11 Storey High-Rise Building Providing 108 Residential Units, Originally Constructed In 2011. The Two (2) Elevators Installed At Sorella Housing For Women Are The Original Thyssenkrupp Time, Machine Room Less (Mrl) Traction Passenger Elevators.These Three (3) Elevator Modernization Projects Will Be Awarded To One (1) Contractor.Each Site Will Have A Separate Contract.Your Submission Must Be Submitted Using The Following Method:Your Submission Must Be Submitted Electronically Through Bc Bid.
