Ground Grid, Soil Resistivity & Step/Touch Potential Testing . This Request For Proposals (The &Ldquo;Rfp&Rdquo;) Is An Invitation By The Saskatchewan Power Corporation (&Ldquo;Saskpower&Rdquo;) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For The Provision Of Ground Grid, Soil Resistivity & Step/Touch Potential Testing, As Further Described In The Rfp Particulars (Appendix A) (The &Ldquo; Work&Rdquo;).Saskpower Is A Saskatchewan Crown Corporation Continued Under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It Is Principally Responsible For The Generation, Transmission And Distribution Of Electricity For Most Of Saskatchewan.Saskpower Is Requesting The Services Of A Contractor To Perform The Following Testing At Various Substations And Switching Stations Throughout Saskatchewan: &Bull; Ground Grid Impedance Testing&Bull; Soil Resistivity Testing&Bull; Step & Touch Potential Testingtesting Shall Be Performed During The 2025Fy Maintenance Season (April, 2024 To March, 2025) At Multiple Stations. To Ensure The Test Results Are Valid, Testing Must Not Be Performed When The Ground Is Frozen And Should Be Performed In Warm And Dry Conditions.
