The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Replacement Of The Pitch Surface: - Dismantling The Existing Polyurethane Surface Along With The Removal Of Excavated Material And Its Disposal, - Cleaning The Surface From Dust, Dust And Concrete Particles, - Priming The Surface, - Delivery And Mechanical Installation Of The Flexible Substructure, - Delivery And Mechanical Laying Of A Pu Polyurethane Surface, - Construction Of Pitch Lines With Polyurethane Paints Using The Spraying Method (Color Agreed With The Investor And User), - Cleaning Of Linear Drainage Along With The Replacement Of Plastic Covers, 2) Replacement Of Pitch Equipment: - Dismantling Of Pitch Equipment - 2 Poles With Basketball Backboards, - Delivery And Installation Of New Basketball Court Equipment, 2 Sets Of Baskets On Poles (4 Baskets), 3) Renovation Of Locker Room Containers - Disassembly Of The Entire External Sheathing Made Of Trapezoidal Sheet Metal, - Removal Of Mineral Wool And Internal Sheathing Made Of Osb Boards ,- Construction Of New Cladding In The Same Way As The Existing Ones With Insulation, - Construction Of A New Electrical Installation, Lighting And Plug Sockets, - Replacement Of All Elements Of Sanitary Fittings.4. A Detailed Description Of The Execution And The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Included In The Technical Design And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annexes To The Swz And Polish Standards Or Technical Approvals, Technical Conditions For Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz .5. The Ordering Party Requires 5 As-Built Maps.6. If The Ordering Party Is Unable To Manage The Excavated Material, The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage It On Its Own.7. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And The Content Of The Documentation Should Be Adapted To The Specificity And Nature Of The Investment Task. 8. The Ordering Party Informs That The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Appearing In The Design Documentation In Relation To The Required Materials, Devices, Equipment Or Goods - Recommends That Such Indications Be Treated As Examples And Allows The Use When Executing An Order For Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation. These Changes Are To Be Beneficial For The Ordering Party, E.G. They Will Reduce Operating Costs, Improve Technical Parameters, Update The Solutions Due To Technological Progress And Changes In Applicable Regulations. The Equivalent Materials Used Must Correspond To The Technical And Qualitative Characteristics Of The Materials And Devices Indicated In The Technical Documentation And Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Technical Approvals. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In The Technical Documentation Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials And Devices Used Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party - Art. 101 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Names, Types Of Devices And Equipment Given In The Design Documentation Are Not Final, Provided That The Contractor Proposes And The Supervision Inspector And Designer Approves Materials, Devices And Equipment That Are Not Worse Than The Standard Specified In This Documentation. 9. When Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Accessibility For All Users, With Particular Emphasis On Accessibility For Disabled People - In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.10. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit To The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract, But No Later Than Before The Surface Is Constructed, The Following Documents: A) Certificate Or Declaration Of Compliance Of The Pitch Surface With The Pn-En 14877 Standard, Or Itb Technical Approval Or Itb Technical Recommendation, Or Test Results A Specialized Laboratory (E.G. Labosport Or Isa-Sport Or Sports Labc Ltd) Confirming The Parameters Of The Offered Surface Or An Equivalent Document, B) Technical Data Sheet Of The Offered Surface, Confirmed By Its Manufacturer, C) Pzh Certificate Or Equivalent For The Offered Surface, D) Authorization Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Surface Surface, Issued To The Contractor For The Investment Being Implemented, Along With Confirmation Of The Warranty Granted By The Manufacturer For This Surface.11.
