The House Connections To Be Built Are Expansion Clusters That Have Already Been Built By Another Civil Engineering Company (Homes Passed), I.E. H, Only Individual House Connections Need To Be Implemented. Planning Is Based On The Data In The Fiber Routing Plan. This Must Be Added After The Connection Has Been Completed. - Opening The Existing Route In The Sidewalk, Establishing The Connection And Laying The Route On The Property Including House Entry. - Assembly Apl, Fiber Optic Cable Feed From The Existing Nvt To The Apl And Assembly Lwl. - Patching On The Svt, Measurement Of The Entire Fiber Optic Route Between Pop And Apl. - Documentation And Acceptance. - The Costs For The Feeder Work (Patch In The Svt, Continuous Measurement) Must Be Taken Into Account For The House Connection Positions. For New Routes To Be Built, The Entire Procedure According To The Functional Service Description Appendix 2 Applies. This Is Roughly As Follows: - A Route (Line) Is Only To Be Built For House Connections If No Line For Homes Passed Has Been Built Before. This Is E.G. This Is The Case, For Example, With Remote Buildings Or If The Original Development Area Has Been Extended By New Buildings (E.G. Commercial Areas That Have Already Been Developed). The Contractor Receives The Information And Inventory Documentation For This. - The Contractor Provides The Services On A Turnkey Basis And In Full Function, Regardless Of The Results Of The Soil, Permits, Etc. - For New Routes To Be Built, Rough Planning Is Usually Carried Out By The Client. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Design, Execution And Approval Planning. - All Official Measures For Approval And Construction Of The Routes Must Be Obtained. All Traffic Law Measures Must Be Taken Into Account And Implemented. - The Construction Of The Routes Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Specifications In Appendix 2 (Flb). The Bidder Must Provide Complete Documentation For The Clusters, House Connections And Fiber Optic Work To Be Constructed. He Does Not Have To Worry About Documenting The Clusters/Routes That Have Already Been Built.
