The Subject Of The Order Is: Service Of A Ferry Crossing On The Dunajec River In The Town Of Siedliszowice Along The District Road No. 1305K From Szczurowa To Żelichów, Which Includes The Following Activities: 1) Inter-Bank Transport By A High-Line Ferry Without Its Own Propulsion Of Vehicles, Animals And Animals Persons In Accordance With The Requirements And Obligations Arising From Statutory And Administrative Provisions And The Conditions Established By The Inland Navigation Office During The Hours Specified In The Contract (Appendix No. 10 To Swz) Ferry Transport Will Be Operated By Two People, One Of Whom Must Have The Carriers Sailing License Ferry;2) Maintaining The Ferry And The Accompanying Boat In Good Technical Condition By Performing Minor Repairs And Maintenance Works Using The Contractors Material, In Particular: A) Current Repairs Of The Wooden Deck Of The Ferry And The Accompanying Boat, Including The Replacement Of Boards, Beams (Edges) Limiting The Gauge Of The Wooden Deck With Material And The Contractors Equipment On An Area Not Exceeding 10% Of The Total Surface Of The Float. B) Lubrication Of The Main Rope With Graphite Grease.3) Carrying Out Necessary Renovation Works On The Crossing Elements, In Particular: A) Replacement Of Mooring Chains 8 Pcs. (If Necessary); B) Replacement Guide Ropes 2 Pcs. (As Worn); C) Replacement Of Steel Profiles (Skids) Of Entrance Platforms 9 Pcs. (As Worn); D) Replacement Of Winch Clutch Discs (As Worn); E) Replacement Of Davit Ropes And Entry Platform Counterweights (As Worn); F) Inspection, Maintenance, And Possibly Renovation Of Winches (At Least Once A Year); G) Inspection Of Guide Rope Blocks And Replacement Of Bearings (At Least Once A Year).4) Maintaining The Technical Facilities Building In Good Condition;5) Protecting The Ferry And The Accompanying Boat Against Damage During High Water Flows, Floods And Ice And Ice Flows With Equipment And The Contractors Material;6) Making Changes To Information Signs About The Suspension And Restarting Of The Ferry Crossing;7) Securing The Ferry When It Stops Outside The Ferry Operating Hours In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Inland Navigation Act;8) Providing Information About The Suspension And Restarting Of The Ferry Crossing To The Pzd In Tarnów Ferry.;9) Maintaining Cleanliness: A) On The Ferry And Boat With The Contractors Equipment And Materials; B) In The Adjacent Area Within The Boundaries Of The Barriers Securing The Entrance To The Ferry (Garbage Collection And Disposal); C) Regular Mowing Of Grass, Weeds And Shrubs From River Bank To The Barriers Securing The Entrance To The Ferry - On Both Sides, With The Removal Of Felling Residues To The Contractors Landfill. The Equipment, Transport And Materials Are Provided By The Contractor. 10) Elimination Of Slipperiness During Winter On The Access Roads To The Ferry (From The Safety Barriers To The Ferry Entrance), Including The Ferry. The Material To Combat Winter Slipperiness Is Provided By The Ordering Party; 11) Daily Closure Of The Crossing Access Roads By Closing The Barriers; 12) Securing The Access Roads To The Ferry With Emergency Road Barriers U-20 And With The B-1 Sign In The Event That The Permanent Barriers Do Not Fulfill Their Purpose, I.E. When The Water Level Is High Water, In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Theft, Etc. - A Set Of Signs Is Provided By The Ordering Party; 13) Making Mandatory Markings Of The Unit On The Ferry In Accordance With The Transport Documents, I.E. Prs And Shipping Registration Numbers And The Measurement Certificate Number For The Contractors Material And Equipment; 14) Keeping A Log Of The Ferrys Operation; 15) Daily Assembly And Disassembly Of Ferry Crossing Signaling Signs, Connecting The Above Devices To The Power Grid And Maintaining Warning Signals In Proper Condition.
