The findings from the Fuel Security Study will feed into the development of a Fuel Security Plan which will be a strategy document for building resilience in the medium to long term. MBIE is looking for suppliers who have the capability and capacity to deliver the required services within the specified timeframes as described in the RFP and are seeking insights and evidence that have practical relevance to New Zealand.
