Tenders are invited for The work consists of Stripping of unserviceable plaster, new plastering work, Exterior standard acrylic emulsion paint, Dismantling of R.C.C. Railing, 125 mm brick works, 250 mm brick works, Renewing of standard synthetic enamel paint, aluminium sliding window, Picking up of damaged terraced, Reinforced cement concrete works, uPVC soil, waste and ventilation pipe work, Sand filling, BFS, Mass Concrete works etc. Eligibility of Tenderer: i) Construction experience of minimum 10 (ten) years and satisfactorily completed at least 01 (One) work of similar nature (Civil, Sanitary/plumbing works etc.) not less than for Tk1.15 crore (Taka one crore fifteen lac only) in a single contract, in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. The Tenderers shall have to furnish work completion certificates from officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. ii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover shall not be less than Tk 1.50 crore in the last 05 (Five) years. iii) Minimum liquid assets/credit facilities shall be for Tk. 1.00 Crore (Taka One Crore only). In case of credit facilities Bank will ensure that the above mentioned credit limits will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor. iv) Tenderers shall have to fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet & other Terms and Conditions of the Tender Documents.
