Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Conduct Endline Indicator Study and Final Evaluation Terms of Reference Consultancy to Conduct Endline Indicator Study and Final Evaluation for the Fostering an Inclusive and Shock Responsive Social Protection System in Cambodia (First) Project Indicative Budget USD 33,000-35,000 (Including Tax) Scope of Eudliue Indicator Study are following: Endline Indicator Study: Collect information on the current situation of selected indicators related to social protection as indicated in the project log frame. The data collected will be both qualitative and quantitative in nature and will include information gathered on the outcome and outputs indicators. Key indicators to be assessed in eudliue indicator study: Level of satisfaction of access to social protection services by target groups Number of emerging leaders who can voice citizens needs regarding social protection working directly with project partners. Number of direct beneficiaries of partners accessing social protection benefits, including labor market schemes.
