Expression of Interest are invited for Construction of Fencing at Winns Morass (TRELAWNY). The Jamaican Path from Hills to Ocean project is jointly funded by the European Union Global Climate Change Alliance Plus (4.9 million-J$859.5 million), and the Government of Jamaica (1.1 million-JS193.0 million). The Hills to Ocean project will be implemented over 5 years, beginning in November 2020. The Executing Agency of the project is the Planning Institute of Jamaica in collaboration with Implementing Partners, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining, particularly the Public Gardens Division and the Rural Agricultural Development Authority, and the National Environment and Planning Agency.
