Architectural Services (Property Planning) Are Required In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai For The Renovation And Expansion Of The Ittersdorf Daycare Center. This Order Includes The Basic Services Of The Aforementioned Object Planning Services In The Following Service Phases: — Lph 3: Draft Planning, — Lph 4: Approval Planning. The Client Reserves The Right To Award The Following Services In Stages: — Lph 5: Implementation Planning, — Lph 6: Preparation Of The Award, — Lph 7: Participation In The Award, — Lph 8: Property Supervision - Construction Supervision And Documentation, — Lph 9: Property Management . The Assignment Will Be Carried Out In Stages. The Contractor Has No Legal Right To Commission Further Service Phases Or An Overall Commission. The Client Assumes That Service Phases 1 And 2 Have Already Been Fulfilled With The Present Preliminary Draft (See Appendix 1 - Draft) And That Little Effort Is Required To Familiarize With The Present Planning Documents. The Incorporation Of The Existing Planning Documents Should Be Part Of The Service Offered. The Above-Mentioned Preliminary Draft Is Available For The Measure Mentioned, Which Will Be Made Available To Applicants On Subreport. As Part Of The Application Phase, There Are No Further Documents That Can Be Requested Beyond This Announcement Or The Forms And Information Posted On Subreport.
