Tenders are invited for Carrying out gas-dynamic and gas-condensate survey and production logging test of gas producing wells of Surgil field. Legal entities registered with state authorities at their location and which have bank accounts and companies, which are carrying out their activities for carrying out gas-dynamic and gas-condensate survey and production logging test of gas producing wells in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as Company) are eligible to participate in the bidding For participation in the bidding a company should meet the following minimum criteria: Company shall not be under reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy (evidence from tax authority and bank to be submitted); Company shall not be in judicial or arbitration proceedings with JV; (a letter signed by the Companys lawyer is to be submitted); Company shall be established at least 5 (five) years before announcement of the bidding; (submit notarized copies of the certificate of state registration, Foundation agreement of the company, Charter of the company); The company must have at least 5 years of experience in carrying out gas-dynamic and gas-condensate survey and production logging test of gas producing wells in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan; availability of bidding documents in English and Russian. Participation in bidding and submission of necessary documents (instruction to bidders) will be provided free of charge upon receipt of an official letter requesting bidding documentation with indication of recipients e-mail address.
