The Contract Works required are: Block 1: Remove and replace spouting, Install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Install new membrane roofing, including new ply if required. Block 5: Install new trafficable clearlite and spouting. Block 6: Replace spouting, install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Block 7: Replace spouting, install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Block 8: Remove and replace spouting, Install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Block 9: Install new trafficable clearlite. Install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Block 10: Install new trafficable clearlite and spouting. Block 11: Install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Block 13: Install new spouting. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site.
