Construction Work – Gf-29241: Sewerage In The Open Country (Total Contract With Project Development) (Retender). In Guldborgsund Municipality, There Remains – Among Other Things As A Consequence Of The States Water Area Plans, Which Form A Significant Part Of The Basis For The Municipalitys Waste Water Plan - A Number Of Properties In The Open Country That Must Be Sewered. The Project, 29241, Constitutes The Last Stage Of Sewerage In The Open Country And Includes Sewerage Of Approx. 365 Properties Spread Over Most Of Guldborgsund Municipality. Project 29241 Is Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract With Project Development For Two Reasons: • The Project Has Been Selected As A Strategic Pilot Action For The Incorporation Of Climate Goals, Efforts And Documentation In Guldborgsund Forsyning Tenders (Construction And Renovation Projects). • The Project Contains A Number Of Sub-Elements, The Solution And Scope Of Which Can Only Be Determined As Part Of The Project Implementation. In Order To Meet The Above, The Project Is Planned And Implemented In Close Cooperation Between The Client And The General Contractor As Well As Related Subcontractors, Advisors, Etc. And, As Necessary, Other Relevant Stakeholders, Including Guldborgsund Municipality, And Guldborgsund Forsyning Agree That It Is A Learning Process For All Parties. The Project Is Divided Into Two Stages: I: Sewage Of Approx. 115 Properties In Sub-Areas Where Mains Have Already Been Established. Ii: Sewerage Of Approx. 250 Properties In Sub-Areas Where, At Present, Main Lines Have Not Been Established Or Not To A Sufficient Extent (Mainly In Terms Of Capacity). For Both Stages, Project 29241 Includes The Following Plant Deliveries (As Needed): • Establishment Of A Plug From The Agreed Relevant Main Line To The Boundary For Covered Properties. • Establishment Of Wells, Incl. Cabinet And Electrical Work, On The Landowners Plots. • Extension Of Connections On The Landowners Plots, Where The Distance Between The Residential Property And The Dividing Line Is Large, Cf. Waste Water Plan 2020-2024. As A Starting Point, This Is Expected To Be Relevant For 15-20% Of The Properties Covered. For Stage Ii, Project 29241 Will Also Include, As Necessary, The Following Plant Deliveries: • Establishment Of New Mains, Provisionally Estimated At Approx. 13.6 Km. • Reorganization Of Existing Hls, Where This Is Necessary To Take Into Account The Overall Wiring Network In The Area (See Also The Section Other Projects). After The Completion Of Each Sub-Stage, The Collaboration (Internal To The Project) And Stakeholder Satisfaction (External) As Well As The General Contractors Overall Work (Project Tasks, Construction Work, Documentation, Etc.), Including Its Quality And Adherence To The Agreed Schedule, Are Evaluated As A Basis For The Clients Decision On The Continued Cooperation With The Following Possible Outcomes (Part Tape Ii-5 Excepted): 1) The Cooperation Continues Unchanged, 2) The Cooperation Is Adjusted, Or 3) The Cooperation Ends. It Is The Developers Expectation That Stage I Will Be Completed In The Second Half Of 2024 (Within A Budget Of Dkk 5.0 Million) And The Rest In 2025. Stage Ii Is Expected To Be Completed In The Period 2025-2027. Master Schedule (Phase P3 Master Plan) For The Project Is Drawn Up And Adjusted Continuously As Needed In Collaboration Between
