1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of A Retention Water Reservoir On Plot No. 776/1 In The Town Of Rybno, Rybno Geodetic District, Rybno Commune. The Reconstruction Of The Open, Earthen Water Reservoir Will Consist In Replacing The Existing Concrete Reinforcement Of The Reservoirs Banks And Planting Vegetation. In Order To Rebuild The Retention Capacity Of The Reservoir, It Will Be Desilted. A Floating Island Will Be Constructed On The Tank And A Water Aeration Device Will Be Installed. 2. The Investment Order Is Co-Financed By The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020 For The Implementation Of Operations Such As Water Resources Management Under Sub-Measure 4.3 Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry3. The Scope Of Construction Works Covered By This Project Includes: 1) Marking Out Building Structures, A) Surveying Works, 2) Preparatory And Demolition Works, A) Arrangement Of The Construction Site, B) Pumping Water From The Reservoir, C) Dismantling Concrete Reinforcements And Transporting With Disposal.3) Earthworks, A) Excavation And Desilting Of The Water Reservoir, B) Spreading The Excavated Material From The Desilting Of The Reservoir. 4) Fortification Works, A) Works Related To The Development Of The Reservoir Banks, Consisting Of Their Strengthening And Biological Development.5) Assembly And Electrical Works, A) Installation Of A Floating Island, B) Installation Of A Floating Fountain, C) Installation Of An Information Board, D) Construction Of An Electrical Connection. 6) Finishing And Cleaning Works. A) Development Of The Area After The Works.4. Construction Works Should Be Preceded By The Purchase And Installation Of An Information Board (Assembly Works).5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Offer Cost Estimates, Constituting Attachments To The Swz.6. The Ordering Party Informs That For The Task In Question It Has A Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Dated October 31, 2023. For The Reconstruction Of A Water Reservoir And The Notification Of The Construction Of A 0.4 Kv Low-Voltage Cable Power Connection With Advance Payment Of October 20, 2023. 7. Offer Cost Estimates Are Of Auxiliary Nature And Are Used To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Works, They Are Intended To Help Contractors Estimate The Costs Of The Order.8 . The Following Hierarchy Of Documents Is Established In Order To Determine In Case Of Doubt Whether A Given Element To Be Performed Falls Within The Scope Of This Order: 1) Technical Description, 2) Blind/Offer Cost Estimates - Leading Document. 9. Equivalence: 1) If Terms Indicating The Type, Trademarks Or Origin Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Used In The Documentation, They Should Be Specified Together With The Words Or Equivalent. Proper Names, If Any, Are Exemplary, Define The Product Class And Serve To Establish A Standard - They Cannot Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer And Do Not Constitute The Subject Of The Order. Where Possible, Equivalence Limits Should Be Defined. 2) A Description Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions Should Be Attached To The Offer And Must Be Detailed Enough To Enable The Ordering Party, When Assessing The Offers, To Assess The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Regarding Their Functional Properties, Quality And Parameters And To Decide Whether The Proposed Solutions Are Equivalent. This Means That The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers (E.G. Materials, Devices And Other Elements) Are Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party.3) Solutions Resulting From The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Devices And Other Elements By The Contractor Are Not May Cause Any Changes In The Functional System And Technical And Operational Parameters.4) If Terms Indicating The Type, Trademarks Or Origin Of The Subject Of The Order Are Used In The Description, They Should Be Read Together With The Words Or Equivalent. Proper Names, If Any, Are Exemplary, Define The Product Class And Serve To Establish A Standard - They Do Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer And Do Not Constitute The Subject Of The Order. When Offering An Item Equivalent To That Described In The Specification Or Bill Of Quantities, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Equivalence In Terms Of Operational, Functional, Dimensional And Quality Parameters, Which Must Be At A Level Not Lower Than The Parameters Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Burden Of Proving That The Materials Offered Are Equivalent To The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor.
