The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Ball Shooting Range For Shooting At A Distance Of 50 M, Taking Into Account The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction Of A District Sports Shooting Range In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Announced Competition Of Offers Of The Minister Of National Defense Shooting Range In The District 2023 No. 2/2023/Cwcr Meeting The Minimum Requirements Technical Conditions Ensuring The Safe Use Of The Civilian Shooting Range By The Army (For Variant I Of The Shooting Range) In Place Of The Existing Outdoor Sports Shooting Ranges Located In The Sports And Recreation Center On Plot No. 355/10 In Sieraków Ul. Leśna Commune Rawicz.2. The Scope Of Work During The Execution Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Demolition, Demolition, Earthworks, Construction And Electrical Installation Works, Equipping The Facility With The Necessary Devices For Conducting And Electronic Monitoring Of The Shooting Process, In Particular: A ) Demolition Of Two Concrete Transverse Barriers, B) Dismantling One Steel Transverse Barrier, C) Dismantling The Existing Wooden Roof Of The Shooting Positions Along With The Surfaces, D) Dismantling The Earth Embankment Behind The Shooting Positions Along With The Surfaces, E) Constructing A Shooting Shelter With A Ballistic Roof And Training Part, F) Construction Of The Main Bullet Trap, G) Construction Of Two Transverse Barriers, H) Construction Of Upper Barriers With A Bullet Trap Roof, I) Construction Of The Left Side Protection, J) Correction Of The Shape Of The Right Side Protection (Earth Embankment), K) Execution Of Electrical Installations Shooting Shelter, L) Construction Of A Warning System For Shooting Activities (Poles With Signal Flags And A Warning Lighting System), M) Equipping The Shooting Range With Combat Figures Along With An Electronic Monitoring And Control System, N) Removal And Disposal Of Debris, O) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Works,P) Performing Other Works Accompanying The Proper Execution Of The Task. Note: The Exact Scope Of The Investment Is Specified In The Attached Design Documentation.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Determined By: 1) Design Documentation With Annexes, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (For Individual Industries), 3) Bills Of Quantities Together With Zero Cost Estimates (Note: Lump-Sum Settlement Of The Investment. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Under This Order Is Specified In The Attached Design Documents. The Bill Of Quantities / Zero Cost Estimate Are Indicative Only - They Constitute Only Supporting Documents To Determine The Offer Price. The Contractor Will Assess The Final Scope Based On The Design Documentation And The Recommended Site Visit). Constituting An Integral Part Of This Specification Of Order Conditions. The Above-Mentioned Documents Are Posted On The Ordering Partys Website. 4. As Part Of The Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Following Documents: 1) Declaration Of The Construction Manager On The Completion Of The Task, 2) Construction Log, 3) Results Of Laboratory Tests Or Other Measurements (If Any), 4) As-Built Inventory Documentation - 3 Copies,5) As-Built Cost Estimate Checked And Approved By The Supervision Inspector (Pdf And Ath) (If Necessary),6) Approvals, Certificates, Declarations Of Compliance With The Technical Approval, Etc. Of Built-In Materials And Devices, Warranty Documents And Other Required Documents Relevant Regulations,7) Other Necessary Documents Resulting From Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law,8) The Original Of The Occupancy Permit Or Notification To Pinb Of The Completion Of Works (If Required),9) The Original Of A Positive Opinion/Approval Of A Scientific And Research Institution Authorized To Conduct Tests In The Field Of External And Terminal Ballistics In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Conditions Ensuring Safety During Shooting By Soldiers Of The Polish Armed Forces,10) Security For The Proper Performance Of The Contract For The Entire Period Of Its Validity (Including The Defect Warranty Period) - If The Previously Provided Security Did Not Cover This Period.5. Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That May Appear In The Procurement Documents Together With Annexes, Which Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Were Used Solely To Indicate The Assumed Standard Of The Adopted Solutions And Constitute A Condition Of Equivalence For Alternative Solutions. It Should Always Be Assumed That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Informs That It Allows The Submission Of Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of The Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, However, The Norms, Standards And Technical Parameters Of The Materials Required By The Ordering Party Must Be Maintained. That Will Guarantee The Implementation Of The Works. The Presented Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party And Will Constitute The Basis For Assessing Possible Equivalence. Equivalent Materials Offered By Contractors Must Have Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated In The Order Documents.6. Indications Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. Which May Appear In The Procurement Documents Together With Annexes. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.7. Construction Products Listed In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Should Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Pn-En (Harmonized Standards). If Any Polish Standard Transposing European Standards Is Not Mentioned In These Documents And Applies To The Product Intended For Installation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply This Standard.8. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 And Art. 438 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Types Of Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order Indicated By The Ordering Party, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code - Works Consisting In The Execution Of Assembly Works Of Steel Structures. The Ordering Partys Rights Regarding Control Are Specified In Chapter Iii Of The Swz And The Draft Contract.9. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Ministry Of National Defense As Part Of The Shooting Range In The District Competition.10. Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In Chapter Iii Of The Swz.
