The Order Includes: A) Construction Industry:• Disassembly Of Door Joinery• Dismantling Of The Floor• Demolition Of Parts Of Partition Walls• Making Holes In Existing Walls (Doors)• Dismantling Of Window Joinery• Chipping Off Plasters On The Walls And Ceiling In The Place Where The Electrical Installation Is Installed• Making Holes Under Ventilation Passages• Removal Of Excess Sand Under Floor Layers• Bricklaying Of Partition Walls• Installation Of Door Joinery• Preparation Of Concrete Base• Plastering On Brick Walls• Execution Of Horizontal Moisture-Proof Insulation In The Teaching Area• Execution Of Floors• Coupling Of Stairs On The Tops Of The Building• Construction Of A Roof For The Main Entrance • Construction Of Stairs And A Ramp For The Disabled From Concrete Cubes • Construction Of A Terrace From Composite Boards • Facade Works: Repair, Fungus Removal And Painting Of The Facade B) Electrical Industry: • Internal - Repair Of Existing Installations And Installation Of A New One • External - Terrace Lighting, Building Entrances, Backlighting Facades• Construction Of Cable Routes• Construction Of Lighting Installations• Construction Of Power Supply For Sockets And Devicesc) Sanitary Industry:• Construction Of An External Sanitary Sewage System• Construction Of A Biological Treatment Plant• Construction Of An Internal Water Supply System• Construction Of Central Heating• Construction Of Hot And Cold Utility Water Installations• Construction Of A Sewage System In Building3. The Subject Of The Contract And The Scope Of Works Are Described In Detail In The Following Documents: 1) Technical Design Of The Construction Industry - Constituting Appendix No. 8 To Swz2) Technical Design Of Sanitary Industry - Constituting Appendix No. 9 To Swz4. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party, In Accordance With § 8 Of The Agreement, A Quality Guarantee For The Works Performed And Installed Devices.5. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Warranty Rights For Defects For A Period Of 5 (Five) Years.6. Based On Article. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Connection With Art. 438 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs, Under An Employment Contract (Within The Meaning Of Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code), Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, I.E. At Least 1 Person As A Bricklayer Or Similar Position. .7. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform Verification And Control Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Work Specified In Section Under An Employment Contract. 8 Activities The Ordering Party Is Entitled To: 1). Requesting A Declaration From The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Employment Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, Specifying The Number Of People Employed Under An Employment Contract, Types Of Employment Contracts And Job Dimensions;2). Request Explanations In Case Of Doubts Regarding Confirmation Of Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements;3). Carrying Out On-Site Inspections.8. Due To Failure To Fulfill The Request Specified In Section 7 Point 1 The Ordering Party Will Charge Contractual Penalties Specified In § 7 Section 1 Point 9 Of The Agreement.9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Remuneration For Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Is Not Lower Than The Applicable Minimum Wage, Determined On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act Of October 10, 2002 On Minimum Remuneration For Work.10. The Contractor And Its Subcontractors Are Obliged To Obtain Consent From Employees To Process Personal Data In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Personal Data Protection Act.11. The Contractor Undertakes, At His Own Expense, To Prepare And Deliver, After The Completion Of The Works, As-Built Documentation And Documents Required By The Construction Law To The Extent Related To Their Completion And Resulting From This Contract. The Contractor Also Declares That He Is An Entrepreneur Specializing In The Implementation Of Construction Investments Of A Nature Corresponding To The Intended Investment Task And The Subject Described In The Contract And Guarantees High Quality Of Work Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task.12. The Contractor Declares That He Has Familiarized Himself With The Area Where The Subject Of The Agreement Is To Be Implemented And The Adjacent Area, And All Circumstances And Conditions Resulting From The Location Have Been Included By The Contractor In The Contractors Offer.13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have And, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector, Present Appropriate Certificates And Attestations For The Built-In And Used Materials And Devices, In Particular: Safety Mark Certificate, Declaration Of Conformity, Declaration Of Performance Or Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Technical Approval, Certificates, And After Completing The Contract, Hand Them Over To The Ordering Party. 15. The Contractor Declares That He Conducts Business Activities Within The Scope Of The Agreement And That He Has Appropriate Logistics Facilities, Qualified Technical Staff, Experience And Appropriate Performance Potential In The Field Of Construction Works Being The Subject Of The Agreement And The Implementation Of All Provisions Of The Agreement. 16. The Contractor Undertakes To Exercise The Greatest Care And Attention To The Interests Of The Ordering Party When Performing The Subject Of The Agreement.
