Tenders Are Invited For Service Of Social Kitchens For The Ministry Of Defense, In Specific Positions

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Service Of Social Kitchens At The Ministry Of Defense In The City Of Kyustendil And The City Of Veliko Tarnovo, Respectively, Under The Conditions Of The Current Legal Acts For This Activity, Regulated In Ordinance No. H-10/18.03.2011 On The Organization And Activity Of The Military Clubs And Representative Sites Of The Ministry Of Defense And The Rules For The Organization And Functioning Of The Social Kitchens Of The Ministry Of Defense. The Social Kitchens At The Ministry Of Defense Aim To Create Better Living Conditions, Corresponding To The Needs Of Retired Military Personnel From The Ministry Of Defense, The Structures Directly Subordinated To The Minister Of Defense And The Bulgarian Army, Veterans, War Invalids, War Victims And Bulgarian Citizens. Participated In Missions And Operations Of The Armed Forces Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Outside The Territory Of The Country, Who Are In A Difficult Financial Situation Or In A Deteriorating State Of Health, Providing Free Lunch During The Working Week To These Categories Of Persons. The Service Consists Of Preparing And Providing Lunch, Every Working Day Of The Week, Including A Main Course And Bread. In The Social Kitchens, 10 (Ten) Holiday Lunches Are Provided For The Period Of Validity Of The Contract, On The Occasion Of Celebrations Of National And Major Christian Holidays (March 3; Easter; May 6; September 6 And 22; Christmas And New Years), Providing Additional Food And/Or Drinks According To The Specifics Of The Holiday /If Any/ And According To The Additional Funds Allocated For This Purpose, For Example: Soft Drink, Kozunak, Dyed Eggs, Turkey Meat, Lamb Meat, Meats Grilled, Fortune Bread, Pie, Etc., At The Following Volume: 1St Separate Position: Service Of A Social Kitchen To The Mod In The City Of Kyustendil - Up To 30 People, With Provision Of The Prepared Lunch For The Entitled Persons In The Interval From 11.00 - 12.00 Hours; 2Nd Separate Position: Service Of A Social Kitchen For The Mod In The City Of Veliko Tarnovo - Up To 20 People With Provision Of The Prepared Lunch For The Entitled Persons In The Interval From 11.30 To 12.30.
