Roads, Sidewalks, Parking Spaces, Including Spaces For Disabled People And Emergency Vehicles, • Construction Of Technical Infrastructure, I.E. A Multi-Purpose Playing Field Is To Be Built, Within Which There Are The Following Playing Fields (Pitches): - A Handball Court With Dimensions Of 40X20 M (Optionally For Football), - Two Volleyball Courts, - Two Basketball Courts (Undersized), Parameters Technical Pitch Surfaces In Accordance With The Attached Design. The Form Of The Designed Structure Is A Compact Shape Based On A Rectangle With Dimensions Of 17.00 X 6.35 M With A Gable Roof With An Angle Of Inclination Of 15°. The Designed Facility Is One-Story, Has No Basement, And Will Not Have A Ceiling Above The Ground Floor Or An Attic. Bills Of Quantities Of Works Are Posted On The Ordering Partys Website, But Only As Information Material, Which Is Not An Annex To The Swz And Is Not A Document Applicable In These Proceedings. The Contractor May Use It On A Voluntary Basis And Under His Own Responsibility. The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Construction Of A Sports And Recreation Complex With Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities In Mały Klincz Is Co-Financed Under The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program Excluding Relocation Of Gym Equipment And New Gym Surface. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Other Chapters Of This Tor There Is A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Ensure That Technical And Quality Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. In All Provisions Of The Tor And Its Annexes, In Where The Ordering Party, Due To The Inability To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, Or Trademarks, Patents, Sources Of Origin Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Are Indicated Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Products Described In The Swz. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 5. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor6. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.7. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.8.
