The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services For Seniors At The Senior Day Care Home In Kolbuszowa In The Period From July 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024. The Term Catering Service Means: Preparation, Cooking And Delivery Of A One-Course Hot Meal, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To Day Care Home For Seniors In Kolbuszowa, Ul. Narutowicza 8. Specificity Of The Main Requirements: 1) Preparation And Delivery Of A One-Course Hot Meal For Seniors Of The Senior Day Care Home In Kolbuszowa Ul. Narutowicza Within The Period Indicated By The Deadline For Completing The Order On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday; 2) Weight Of One Portion - Not Less Than 500 G; 3) The Menu Should Be Varied, Taking Into Account The Seasonality Of Products; 4) Meals Cannot Be Repeated For A Period Of 10 Consecutive Working Days; 5) A Week Must Include: 3 Meat Dishes, 1 Soup With Meat And Bread, 1 Other Dish; 6) Meals Should Be Easily Digestible, Prepared From Raw Materials High Quality, Fresh, Natural, Minimally Processed, With No Or A Minimum Amount Of Additional Substances - Preservatives, Thickeners, Colors Or Artificially Flavored, 7) Meals Will Be Delivered In The Contractors Catering Thermoses. The Thermoses Will Be Collected The Next Day; 8) The Weekly Meal Plan For The Next Week Is Subject To Approval By An Employee Indicated By The Head Of The Social Welfare Center. The Plan Should Be Approved No Later Than Thursday Of The Preceding Week.9) A Maximum Of 33 Hot Meals Should Be Provided Daily; During The Term Of The Contract, The Maximum Number Of Meals Delivered Is 3,429 Pieces. 10) The Ordering Party Will Report The Number Of Meals To Be Delivered On A Given Day By 10:00 A.M. Every Day. 11) Hot Meals Will Be Delivered Successively To The Senior Care Home In Kolbuszowa, Ul. Narutowicza 8 From 1200 To 1300 On Working Days, Monday To Friday;12) In Emergency Situations, E.G. During An Epidemic Or If Necessary, The Time Of Hot Meal Delivery May Be Changed;13) In The Event Of Seniors Going On A Trip, No More Than 3 Times During The Term Of The Agreement, Making It Impossible To Use The Delivered Hot Meals, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From The Delivered Hot Meals On A Given Day, About Which It Will Inform The Contractor 3 Days Before The Order Completion Date. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claim In This Respect; 14) If There Are No Seniors Willing To Participate In The Classes Conducted At The Seniors Day Care Center In Kolbuszowa, No More Than 3 Times During The Term Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From Having Hot Meals Delivered On A Given Day, Of Which He Will Inform The Contractor 1 Day Before The Order Completion Date. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claims In This Regard. Additional Requirements: 1) All Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety, Including The Implementing Provisions Thereof. It Is Essential To Comply With The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products Specified By The Food And Nutrition Institute. Meals Are To Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition For Adults.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality And Safe Products In Accordance With Haccp Standards. The Contractors Staff Should Have Current Training In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety And Haccp, As Well As Current Health Records. 3) The Contractors Obligation Is To Store Food Samples From All Prepared And Delivered Meals Every Day For A Period Of 72 Hours, Indicating The Date, Time, Content Of The Food Sample With The Signature Of The Person Responsible For Collecting These Samples. 4) The Contractor Will Provide A Current List Of Dishes When Signing The Agreement. And Their Composition Along With Allergens. In The Event Of Changes In The Indicated List, The Contractor Undertakes To Inform The Ordering Party About The Situation And Provide An Up-To-Date List Of Dishes Along With Allergens.5) The Contractor Will Deliver Meals Using Its Own Transport - A Vehicle Adapted To Transport Meals Approved By The State District Sanitary Inspector In Specialized Thermos Flasks That Guarantee The Maintenance Of Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of Transported Meals. 6) Confirmation Of The Number Of Meals Delivered Will Be Based On The Meal Delivery Report, Confirmed By The Employee Delivering The Meal And An Employee Of The Day Care Home For Seniors In Kolbuszowa. 7) The Contractors Obligations Will Include Making Monthly Settlements With The Ordering Party For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Meals Delivered In A Given Month.
